NNA - Outgoing Prime Minister Najib Mikati on Tuesday confirmed before the Turkish ambassador to Lebanon Inan Ozyildiz that the Lebanese government has been carrying out all the needed measures to uncover the fate of the two Turkish pilots who were kidnapped on Rafic Hariri airport road.

Mikati stressed at the same time the necessity that Turkish authorities exert the efforts needed to release the Lebanese abductees in Azaz.

Separately, Mikati met with caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs, Adnan Mansour and discussed with him the ministry's issues, the regional situation and the file of the Lebanese expatriates abroad.

He also welcomed MP Ghazi Zaiter and discussed with him developmental and domestic affairs.

Mikati also met with State Security Chief General George Karaa.

Mikati also met with Lebanon's Ambassador to the Arab United Emirates, Hassan Saad; then, he met with former Deputy Abdallah Farhat.
